Welcome to the new website of Claremont and Oxshott Arts Society
The Arts Society is a leading arts charity widely acknowledged for its valuable contribution to arts education and heritage conservation. Members enjoy high quality and wide-ranging lectures, special events and volunteering activities.
Included in your membership fee is a free magazine three times a year.
Claremont & Oxshott AS is a member society of AS and meets ten times a year at the Menuhin Hall in Stoke D’Abernon, usually at 2.00pm, for a brief concert by Yehudi Menuhin School students, followed by lectures on a wide variety of subjects at 2.30pm. A list of lectures can be found elsewhere on the website.
Visits are arranged to places of special historic, architectural and cultural interest. We are also involved in Heritage Volunteers and Young Arts.
